Our weekend adventures landed us in Marshfield, Wi yesterday. I checked out a salon there with my friend Nickie, and decided to take advantage of the local attractions. We spent a good part of our day at the Marshfield Zoo. Admission is free and the animals are mostly native to this area. The zoo is in a huge park with ponds and large enclosures for the animals set around the park. We saw several birds, some Wolves, a Lynx, a Grizzly bear, and our favorites..the crazy geese who ate out of your hands (Amelia was not afraid of them at all!) and the prarie dogs who we could watch for hours. As you can see by my taking of too many pictures, we had a great time!

Liv, you must be like Dr. Doolittle for that miniature crane to stand on your hand like that. Soooo Cool.
